d. Treatment - Manegement of hypertension by antihypertensive is the mainstay of treatment. Antibiotics containing penicillin is recommended for 10 days to contain the spred of infection.
Calcium channel blockers, ACE inhibitors and Vasodilator bare the mainstay antihypertensive for this.
