1) Bulge at chest - Pectoralis ms tendon rupture near clavicle

2) Bulge at Distal Radius - Bicep brachial tendon rupture

3) Shoulder pain - Capsule and Labrum of glenoid is ruptured.

5. Extensor digitorum muscle tendon of middle finger

Dueto sudden blow of force on extensor site of finger there is rupture of EDL tendon and unopposed flexion of distal phalanges occur called MALLET FINGER.
