According to Kolin (2002) “ethical writing is a clear, accurate, fair, and honest account of anything. Ethical reflects an ethical practice. As is the case with most other human activities, errors in writing violating the spirit of the contract do happen. Thus ethical writing applies to write at the college level as our writing in our assignments and tests should be original, accurate giving due credit to the original source some other source of information is used. It applies to on-the-job writing as well because due to the principles of ethical writing while working we will give a fair and honest feedback about our experiences and account of our job responsibilities accomplished by us.
