Answer #1

Negative feedback

Explanation:

A feedback mechanism is a loop in which a product feeds back to control its own production

Most harmone feedback mechanisms are Negative feedback loops

Negative feedbacks keeps the concentration of harmone within a narrow range, it occurs when the product feeds back to decrease its own production

For example in the case of Thyroid gland:

The hypothalamus secretes TRH(Thyrotropin releasing harmone) which stimulates pituitary gland to secrete TSH(Thyroid stimulating harmone) . TSH inturn stimulates thyroid glands to Secrete thyroid harmones

Whenever the thyroid harmones are high enough, the harmones feedback to stop hypothalamus to secrete TRH and the pituitary from TSH

Thus helps to decrease its own concentration of harmone by negative feedback loop
