Water soluble peptide hormones are derived from amino acids and peptides. They will move freely in blood as it contain water. These hormones are soluble in water and insoluble in lipids
When drinking of lot of water increases urine production. But doesn't decreases the t- 1/2 of the water soluble peptide hormones. Because body always eliminate only excessive water which are not required to the body.
ADH hormone abosrbs the water as much required for the body. So that body can maitmain water homeostasis.
