Explain in detail the physics of a robotic hand grabbing a aluminum soda can on a table and moving it to a different spot on the table. Be detail of how the arm, wrist, and hand (palm/fingers) work together.
It is much easier to build and control a hand where all fingers and joints are controlled by a single string which is similar to the arcade machine- style claw , where all fingers open and close at once. It will be ery difficult to build a hand out of straws and modelling clays that can grab heavier objects.
The only thing is possible is this that for a stronger hand of robot one must replace straws and clay with sturdier material from hardware store. For eg. plastic pipe for fingers, metal cables for tendons, and a wooden base with holes drilled in it for the palm.
