Being in a retail industry,employees have to interact with the customers on a regular basis,threby their interaction with the customers will be the key factor in enhancing the sales revenue and with continous steps taken toprovide regular feedbacks toemployees, reawrding and recognizing their efforts and periodically training them on new ways of customer interaction.
