1) Quote:This document is the offering price of goods or services issued by the customers and if seller accepts it he can sell the goods.

2) sales order:A confirmation document confirming the quote issued by sales department to the customer .

3)Sales invoice:It can be termed as a request to receive the payment issued by sales department to the customer.

4)Delivery note:A document issued by logistics department which is signed or stamped by customer confirming that goods are delivered to him submitted to sales department.
