What are the factor to commit fraud?
Fraud is an act of trying personal gain unlawfully without hurting physically to other. There are three common factors of committing fraud.
These factors are as below:
No.1) Pressure: If a person has need of money, he/she must have huge pressure and may try to arrange that by any means. It encourages committing fraud.
No.2) Mentality: If the fraudster has a mentality of doing scam, there must be a tendency of committing fraud. This is a sick mentality of searching unlawful routes.
No.3) Scope: If there is scope there may be fraud. Such scope arises because of the absence of tight control in accounts – such as duties are not separated, no safeguard in storage, and improper documentation.
Example: Suppose a cashier deals with recording accounts, making invoices, and disbursing cash; this indicates that there is no separation of duties; the cashier has immense scope of committing fraud.
