1. The no. of sampling units - in such a way, it covers all the characterstics of the entire population

2. A well QUESTIONNAIRE needs to be prepared then, which includes all the questions to dictate students about pricing charges in the library.

3. We can also use Mailed interview method which does not make them feel awkward,and we will get more reliable answers.

4. Finally draw the conclusion based on the details we get.
