True. The scale variable represents the variable which can be considered as the variable which definitely has a numeric meaning. That means the average temperature of the city in a day, the scores of students in the class during particular exams. We can construct a discrete or continuous frequency distribution based on the available data. And after constructing we can draw histograms for continuous class intervals. and later on, we can construct a frequency polygon based on the available data. The only problem is that the data needed to be continuous.
