Kurt Lewin was a german american and his theory emphasized on personality,motivation forces and individual needs.His teachings were beyond perception and learning.He explains human behaviour is influenced by individual psychological environment.He involved motivation into perception and learning in his findings.Quasi needs are intent and a purpose.for example ryan would save up money to buy himself a new car.Need is a condition within a person that is essential for growth and lving.For example food and clothing is a need.They are basic needs we require in our day to day living.
