Gardenar has presented selfish biocosm theory in which he says that there is cyclic of cosmic creation , in which highly evolved Intelligence with a superior comannd of physics spawn one or more baby universes designed to be able give birth new Intelligence life .Thus the ability to present universe support intelligent life as well as it doesn't any accident but result of evolution long a long chain creation in the more and more bio-friendly universes.
