How do social problems with teenagers affect society on a macro level? How do these social problems affect an individual on a micro level? What factors place this population in a position of vulnerability to discrimination or exploitation?

Teenagers are the in the process of discovering themselves. They want to try out something new. They do not want to obey their parents. Hence many social problems are faced at micro level such as depression, internet addiction, stress, frustration are faced by teenagers. Following problems appear on the macro level. Due to such problems the youth doesn't seem to be energetic or enthu enough. Everyone seems to be busy in their life, internet etc and build social networks only to close ones.

Their sensitive mind, ignorance of parents or teachers, low confidence leads to discrimination or exploitation. Their constant stress such as fulfilling their parents expectations over to what they actually want to do is also responsible for going for social media or networks.
