Validity is important factor of testing because it can help to determine the type of test to use.

Now, let’s talk about these testes, criterion validity will be good for these tests, we also can use different types of validity for different tests, the criterion validity help the psychologists to involve the co-relation between variables so that we can get effective result and conclusion, because it compares the test in other measures or outcomes. If the test data and criterion data are collected at the same time, when measures is compared to another measures of the same type, they will be co-related to the selection tests examples.
