What would be your opinion on this post or thoughts?

My experience in one particular heterogeneous organization resulted in a separation of the workforce that had a negative impact on the entire organization. There were many different cultures and races in this organization that led to different feelings of isolation and in some cases, racism. Much of this was caused by teams being segregated by employee culture and race in the same office. This led to different styles and communication between the groups that were never corrected. Further, compounding the issue was that the only time the teams were assembled together was for when monthly awards were being administered. Therefore, this prompted resentment towards certain teams that consistently were doing better than others. The negative atmosphere could have been overcome with more interaction between the groups to enhance communication that the organization is one with the same goals.

In heterogenous organisations as there are several cultures and races were mixed up to work together , thus both the employees and the organisation needs to develop a new culture which should respect each and every person irrespective of his or her caste , cultures etc . Only then such problems can be handled properly. The employees only work for an organisation or develops a thoughts when he or she feels that organisation also feels some values for them . Everybody has a self respect and if thats got hurted somehow then the employees feels that continuing in that organisation is only a loss of time . Organisation needs to work towards social activities through which the employees starts feel themselves as a family.
