What are some possible implications to consider when addressing an ethical scandal? What steps would you take to improve an organization's image? Give an example to support your opinion.

Ethical scandals are generally quite hard to recover from, and with the advent of these it becomes quite difficult for many organizations and companies to gain their reputation and credibility back.

It is an imperative that companies, at a period as sensitive as this, wherein trust is lost, do not engage in behavior that makes them lose further credibility. Instead of pointing fingers, it is important that the company should accept blame, ask for a second chance with an apology amd try to mend their ways.

This would create a positive impact on the audience to whom they are catering.

For example, the recent Maggie scandal in India led everyone to belive thst Maggie was untrustworthy and caused cancer. But, they bounced back after a period by mending their ways and reinstating their trust.
