The moral disagreement in the claim that a woman has an absolute right to her own body and the position that a conceptus has an absolute right to life. Thus the abortion issue has divided the world into two basically strong opposite sides: namely pro-life and pro-choice. The first group emphasizes the fact that the sanctity of life, is inviolable while the second group seeks to protect the right to one’s own body chooses abortion. I am on the side of the pro-life approach as; I believer of Christianity feel that; no human has the right to take anyone else’s life. Only in case of some health issue of the mother, I feel she can opt for abortion if the pregnancy will lead to a threat to her life. In all other circumstances, I feel abortion is like killing another human and not justifiable.
