Thinking Entrepreneurially, summarize your level of need for achievement, individualism, control, focus, and optimism. What are your plans in the next 6 months to enhance these?

Homework Answers

Answer #1

The need for achievement is high and that leads to further motivation to do tasks. Individualism comes from within and it depends on how creative and unique you are. We cannot have complete control of situations and others but we can definitely have control over our thoughts and we can choose to decide what do we want to focus on. Once we love what to do, the concept of mindfulness and flow helps in enhancement of your work. My plans for next 6 months is to constantly work on my skills and to be inquisitive and be aware enough to understand how to achieve and get better day by day. As I mentioned before our thoughts define how we feel about ourselves so realistically either Ill pass or learn and both will be beneficial to achieve whatever I want to achieve in 6months and hence, I am optimistic about it.
