GEORGE KELLY's theory of Personal Construct Psychology (PCP) is based on the idea that every individual's personality is different in terms of their internal frame work of processing the information in their mind. An individual uses their own set of personal construct to evaluate or predict the future events.

According to Kelly , man is a Scientist because we use our personal construct as a guide to understand our environment and interpret it in a futuristic way.

Creative Thinking aims at producing novel ideas or products which shlod be new and compelling.It has fluency,originality, Flexibilty and elaboration.
