logical proof and is not evidence whereas
Inference is a judgment that can be reasonably and
rationally be extracted from different facts.
The presumption is a judicial device that
allows reasoning that if one case exists then different unproven
cases can also exist whereas inference is a
concluding of fact that such fact exists upon evidence of the
related criterion fact.
