Should states change laws to prevent the sale of alcohol on certain days, or times to reduce potential consumption or abuse?

All the laws regarding liquor selling, purchasing and consuming are violated by people and the strength of such people is huge in india. its high time to make changes in laws to reduce cosumption and abuse :

1. limit the hours of sale of alcohol during day time to reduce consumption.

2. change laws with strict punishments for those who violate the law like drinking in public ,drunk driving and legal age for drinking .

3. unlicensed sellers of liquor should be strictly punished by law especially in dry states and dry days.

4. change laws to increase alcohol taxes and prices so that cosumption wil be reduced.

5. Raising the Minimum Legal Drinking Age .

6. limit the supply of alcohol for each individual and to the market.

7. Alcohol servers should be held liable for injuries and deaths from traffic crashes which bring responsibilty among sellers.
