With the evolution of society, We need extra care to cope with it. Targeting Hot spots is a latest method of approaching crime factors. Many of the people feared about the dissipation of criminality because of some possibilities . But scientific experiment proved them wrong . Targeting Hot spots actually reduced the crime rate. It's because , all social crimes are not planned to do a network related crime. It just happen in the flow. If the ambiance provide some restrictions, crime will have less place to occupy . It's very similar with the de- addiction camp.
