i) unprecedented situations ii) Creates uncertainty and threat to aspiring goals. iii) inefficiency and incompetence

it also affects a person at a very personal level and the mental conditions of a person. Such as

1) overwhelming emotions   2) depression 3) suicidal attempts 4) loss of efficiency.

2. crisis intervention is a work of art that needs to constitute a number of thing in one person so effectively help another in trouble. a good crisis intervention worker needs to have some basic qualities such as:

i) empathy and compassion (ii) resilience (iii) patience (iv) flexibility (v) energy and tenacity
