Some issues lake sufficient support to ensure that they are added to decision - makers' agendas.

Because different people have different opinions towards different things. And desires also differ from each other. Thats why the thinking process creates issue.

Because of the different priorities of different people in their life. They see a situation with the different perspectives.

For example :-

* A daughter want to go abroad and want to study there. But her mother is denying for going abroad. So it created issue to the development of daughter.

* A girl with the age of 29 and don't want to get married. She want to achieve some goal and she want to concentrate on their lige goal. But the societ have the issue. They always tease her.
