Marketer of any product may reach its customer directly or indirectly. Direct medium means Marketer or manufacturer of any product reaches its customer without any intermediary channel. Indirect medium includes intermediary channels like Wholesalers or Dealers in between the manufacturer and its customers.

Yes. Marketers of different categories of products adopt different strategies to reach customers. For example, Manufacturers of products like vacuum cleaners or Aqua Guard may adopt direct marketing strategy to reach its target customers while makers of FMCG product or Electronic products may use Indirect Selling tactics to reach their customers.

I discovered within me that my needs are changing according to need of the time and also I am giving too much priority to the quality. Marketers or manufactures can use this as the feedback and shall try to continuous improvements in their products.

With the use of technology, Marketers can reach me through Digital way. They can create their websites where details of their products and services shall be there.
