We often take for granted the ability to move freely and do whatever we wish to do, that incorpotates our muscular activities, until we face some form of difficulty. It was after the surgery when I was asked to walk that I realised that how important and how complicated is our locomotor movements and how beautiful they are. Walking a ten feet distance seemed to be an impossible task at that time. Taking the first step was very painful and took a lot of courage to overcome that pain, but it gave an exceeding joy, a sense triumph after succeeding that task of walking the ten feet distance. The pain that I felt that day made me feel how intricately our muscles, bones and other elements makes a slightest movement possible.
