An example you can examine how NY Governor Cuomo has handled the COVID situation from a moral leadership perspective, or how President Donald Trump is handling the COVID- 19 situations and or the Black Lives Matter protests.

Pick a specific leader facing an issue in the last six months that you can analyze from a moral leadership perspective.

I choose our President Mr. Trump who was facing an issue in dealing with COVID19 situation & Black Live Movement.

Reflect on the moral leadership dimensions of the situation and how that leader handled things.

Moral leadership dimensions include:

(A)integrity,

(b)fairness,

(c)social justice,

(d)respect for diversity.

But while handling the COVID situation and black movement, Mr. Trump lacked this moral dimensions. His speeches clearly indicated that he was not showing respect and social justice for blacks as he was warning for a military operation.

In COVID case, he even ignored the COVID initially saying that it is a normal flu and often said that he will never wear a mask. A leader should be an example, where he lacked.
