1. the problem in my life occurred when I was going through a breakup. this is a recent problem that i faced and it affected me greatly.

2. I feel angry when any of my friends talk about my ex.

3, I feel sad when I think about the good times and the happy memories.

4. I feel afraid that I might see him in public and won't understand how to react.

5. I feel ashamed that I was very naive to see how his true colours and the kind of person he was.

6. there are some things that people need to go through in order to grow. every experience, good or bad, counts and make the person you need to be. every experience teaches you something and everything that happens, it happens for the best.
