A person lives near a 50kW radio tower. why is it safe to live near a high power radio tower but dangerous to be exposed to an xray machine that uses 7.5 kW?

The theoretical aspect has been answered, but I would like to show by calculation how the energy per photon of the 7.5kW xray is more than 50kW radio waves.
