Question

The spaceship is...
A
spaceship is flying with the velocity 25% of the speed of light.
The spaceship is flying on a trip that lasts 30 years. How many
years has gone by since the beginning of the trip.
Please explain each step of the solution thoroughly as I’m new
to this subject and don’t know so much.
A solution I found online is saying that:
1/sqrt(1-(1/16)) = 1,033
30 år*1,033=30,983
Answer: Circa 31 years, is this correct? Can someone explain
how they came to this conclusion, and what formulas they
used?
