Determine the maximum magnetic force (magnitude and direction) exerted on these wires while the vacuum is operating.

You'll need to look at the specifications tag on your vacuum (probably somewhere on the bottom); next to the intended voltage source (120V at 60Hz) you'll find the rms current draw of the device.
