Answer #1

EMS repeating cycle is a PDCA Cycle where P stands for Plan, D stands for Do, C stands for Check and A stands for act.

Therefore involved steps are

1) Plan: Make proper plan and outline each and every steps you are going in the execution by anticipating all the obstructions beforehand. Write down the objectives, steps you are going to take and desired end results.

2) Do: Perform the tasks which you have planned to achieve the Goal

3) Check: Check the results which you have obtained and compare it with the results which you had desired in planning stage

4) Act: After check, if you get confidence that the plan which you had performed is good, then make it as an Act to perform the same actions for this objective. If the end results are not matching the expectations, then again repeat this PDCA cycle with new plan by amending the existing plan so as to remove its drawbacks.
