Genetic engineering is a branch of science that deals with the modifications of human genes for their betterment. So that they could improve their genes from the ones their parents had earlier. And yes there should be limitaions on modifying the genes. Upto an extent they should be modified. Over modification could simply result in something which we cannot control. And we as humans wont be able to predict the possibility of what those modifications could result in.
