There are four basic equations in thermodynamics which are used to solve a large number of problems and as a chemical engineer these 4 equations should be hard wired in your system

Euler integration suggest that the numerical value of the quantity isthe first integral of the quantity.

For eg, for A first integral is U and hence at maximum, its value is U(U is internal energy of the system)
