For the given reaction OH + O --> O2 + H , the steric factor is higher than the energy factor .

Because: the bond between O and H is highly strong and covalent in nature and there has a very strong steric factor.

While on the other hand , energy factor is the amount of energy required to break this strong covalent bond between O and H , so if we supply some amount of energy then the bond between O and H becomes weak and there by results in lower energy factor as compared to steric factor.

So from the above discussion we can state that the Given problem statement is FALSE.
