During my masters I usually played a role of a leader while working in a team. From the starting I used to be very confident and have good communication skill. So my teachers used to give me a role to lead my group. I remember whenever teacher announces any team task in the classroom all students usually want me to be the leader and work in my team. In my professional life also I used to take initiative in every task. Personally, I took every task very seriously and keep focus on it unless I complete it. whenever I conduct interviews I used to be very straight forward.
