Answer #1

The person I would really like to admire is the manager with whom I was working in my company Accenture. He is the Leader whom I really respect and admire because of the Leadership capabilities he has and the guidance he give to the team members and always strive towards giving more opportunities for the people to grow. The mission statement of the person’s organization is “Helping our clients create their future”

The main source of revenue is consulting, technology and Operations.

The main cost of operations are as follow

  6. Cost involved in sending people for trainings to be adaptive to current market

Accenture just started as a small company in USA and operated several years in the country and became successful with the quality of services to their clients. Once they are successful the management decided move ahead of the country and be global. To do this Accenture started opening branches in different countries and started working in other countries to gain better market capitalization and also they targeted the countries where the land and labour is cheap like India. The main focus of Accenture was to provide better service to the clients and ensure they are happy. At the same time they also stayed focussed on keeping the employees happy so that employees does not quit the company, get motivated and provide better quality service. Due to the better service the client base also started increasing and today stand as one of fortune 500 companies and Accenture is a 35 billion company which is a greatest achievements. All this happened due to quality service, good leadership management and continuous focus towards improvement.

The main decision points in their career are

  1. Going local to Global which gave huge branding for the company

  2. More focus on continuous improvement

  3. Quality Leadership which went on motivating people

  4. Cost effective Operations lead to good revenue

  5. Using advanced technology gave benefit of better service

The present circumstances does not seems to be stable. It looks fine when it comes to revenue but when it comes to operations and growth little more effort is required. Growth has to be a significant part of the career and it should never be constant. To do that, operations which is being handled need to be more effective in terms of cost. The work what we are doing needs to be revisited and bring efficiency with the help of enhancement and reduce headcounts by bringing shortcut to complete the task and gain revenue for the company. If this happens clients will be happy and there will be room for clients to give more work which leads to company’s growth. This is where the succeeding path comes.
