Health Workers : People who strrugle to save and protect once health are called health workers.He/she can be prayed next to God.The main objective of the health worker to treat irrespective of caste, religion, big or small.Irrespective of poor or rich their only intension is to protect the human life in all forms of diseases.Their only ogoal is to do as much as they can to save once life still his/her last breathe. The first one in saving once life is god next is health workers were every one in this world pray and beg to save their life.

To become a Health worker they have to spend their whole life and sacrifice their personal entertainments in order to serve the people. They have to invest lot of money and time to become a professional health worker they have to do so many things to become a health worker. Its not that much easy to be a doctor, because most of them will chose this profession but its not possible for them to deddicate entire time in learning. Not everyone will be succesed in becoming a professio[nal health worker only few who spend and feel that is the only thing they have to do in service to the human life, they will succed at the end.But few really wants to do the course but the financial status will not allow them to continue because not only mind money needs to be invested to become a doctor. This is the top most course in any part of the world.Where ever you study the place will change but the course and money they have to invest will not chnage in learning and becoming a professional health worker. After getting the master degree they still needs to do a appprenticeship as one year or depends on the specialization selected. They have to spend lot of money from buying books to pay course feeses. What ever they do all are interlinked with financial things.

Once they become a professional health worker the corporate hospitals in the below/low income companies will not able to pay for the professionals. So instead of serving in these below/low income countries they flow away from low income conties to middle income countries in order to earn high paid salaries.Even though they want to support the poor the government will not give proper support and encouragement for them to setup a health organization. As every organization will have the different kind of people even this will have different people where few wants to do service and few wants to earn moeny so they flew to overseas to earn high paid salaries. And the third case is very dangerous as they do business with the human emotions.People will beleive first god next is the doctor for beging them to save their lifes. These people will paly with their bodys and do business by selling the pateinets organs to earn money.

Government should take a forward step who ever is financial poor and want to become a health worker based on their merit they have to provide the scholorship to help them financial and provide them proper job after competing the course. If the government will do so than they will have that thought that they become professionals with peoples money and they will dedicate their service to humans and understand their emotions and treat them accordinly. So to give them proper respect in the country they must be treated in such a way that they too can provide the proper financial and social status for them to survive.
