Tennyson's Travel is in a business of renting accomodation to customers in Europe and Africa. They do not deal with tangible products but with information which is different from other industries. The Internet offers an influential atmosphere to showcase the virtual representations of accomodation permitting an indirect experience to the customer. The introduction of website will allow, the business and customers, flexibility and give them cost-saving convenience. Websites will also give an online experience with the potential of visualizing travel accomodations.

Since TT has been using data entered by customers to make booking, the following data needs to be captured
