Put yourself in the position of someone who is establishing an organization from the ground up. What type of leader would you want to be? How would you create that image or perception? Do you create a mission statement for the firm and/or a code of conduct? What process would you use to do so? Would you create an ethics and/or compliance program and how would you then integrate the mission state and program throughout your organization? What do you anticipate might be your successes and challenges.

When we have to establish an organisation from the ground level, we need to be a leader who works along with the employees and takes everyone's decisions into account. We must be able to lead the team effectively with our skills and techniques. The most important thing for any organisation is a mission . So first we need to create a mission statement. Based on this we can build up our plans and strategies and the code of conduct required by the organisation. We must gradually build up ethical structure for the organisation. This comes from the discipline and conduct we lead the employees with. When we lead the organisation with correct planning and skills and when we make them follow a disciplined structure the organisation will definately be successful and will yield best results.
