Answer #1

I believe that the leadership traits that Paul is talking about with Timothy are some of those traits which are quite important and are mandatory in our professional lives. A leader needs to temperate, self controlled, respectable, hospitable, knowledgeable, etc. I believe that such traits are important and therefore they needs to be present because a calm person who has control over huis actions respected by all, helpful, gentle and avoid conflicts can make an ideal leader. I believe that these traits are still meaningful aspiration in the society even today because organizations actually look for such qualities in a leader because individuals with such qualities have been successful in leading organizations. If more leaders exhibit such characteristics then the organizations will be more competitive and organizations will actually be effective and act better than the past.
