Contractual repudiation is not possible here as I have agreed to buy the vehicle and already made the payment. As a buyer I am not entitled for rejecting the goods and getting the money back, but the situation constitutes a breach of warranty either express or implied. Warranty provides a contractual assurance that the goods will meet certain standards. If the four-wheeler is worth only $1000 instead of $2800, it means that the vehicle does not meet the specific standards. I can sue you for damages for the breach of warranty.
