Answer #1

A successful modern-day joint venture can be taken to be PFIZER and HISUN. both the companies operate in the pharmaceutical industry and therefore their venture is both a strategic step and a joint collaboration to share the profits in the China market due to the sales drop in PFIZER's reports and to balance the scales essentially.

This venture has provided both the companies to be able to grow in the world's second-largest pharmaceuticals market and therefore, their venture can be considered a resounding success in terms of sales performance and figures. Moreover, this strategic partnership has allowed both the company to be able to dominate the market and create a better presence as far as the good effects of this venture go.
