When two companies of different countries form a joint business , it is called international joint venture. When a company wants to explore international market but do not have any experience regarding the market of that country and do not want to get completely involved in the business can form a joint venture with some already established company in that country so that they both can manage the business. This helps in entering the foreign market as well as maintaing profits and is very beneficial .
