My core self can be defined as an interactive and social individual. I associate my identity with somebody who is easy going and easily gels up with people around. Therefore, my professional persona matches my core self and identity, and this helps me to fulfill my job responsibilities in the most effective manner.

Are you expressing yourself and acting at work in ways that reflect your values and motivations?

Yes. One of the biggest virtues that hold importance in my life is public service. Hence, I am always motivated to match the customer needs with the product offering, and provide the best product and service to the satisfaction of the customers.
