NATURE OF EMPLOYEES MEANING PRIMARY DIFFERENCES 2 KEY DIFFERENCES
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS The one who works or contracts for another to do a particular work based on his own methods, ideas and processes.
  • Independent contractors are not subject to others control for his job.
  • If any specific contract they are bound to it.
  • Independent contractors have no control over working time, hours and any other rules. They work with their own time and hours.
  • They dont have any additional compensation for their work and over time work.
TEMPORARY EMPLOYEES
  • Temporary employees the individuals who are assigned for temporary period or for short period of time, usually for 1 year.
