1. Employee job satisfaction lowers turnover by retaining workers through better environment and avoids one of the highest cost an organization should bare by losing employees. Hence a manager can retain quality talents which in turn increase productivity.

2. The bottom line can be increased by satisfied employees through higher sales, lower cost etc.

3. Loyalty of the team increases which is a major advantage for any manager through which the mission and vision can be achieved.

1. Employees get a healthy work place and environment which would be free from stress, morale issues etc when they have job satisfaction.
