ANS :

First of all we would find out the list of unhappy members of club which were not treated on the last dinner party at the club. also we have to find out the exact reason behind this.

if any management or any employee who treated wrongly with the members , find out the exact reason and do some proper action on it and immediate attend all unhappy members by calling them and confirm them the steps or action your organization has taken the guilty employee or management & invite them all with their family members once again to serve them better this time .

These are few steps we should take to keep our club members happy.

1. Make your member feel important - Call your member by name. Ask about their families, vacation plans, additions to the family.

2. Smile warmly, and often. - A smile not only demonstrates you care, it shows your members that you are warm, friendly and that you do care about them.

3. Listen carefully when your members are speaking to you - Try to give your members your undivided attention.

4. Understand the cost of losing one member - If you are in a competitive environment, knowing the value of a lost customer is critical!

6. Treat your member as individuals - Not all members are alike. Each member has individual needs and concerns and they want to be treated with a personal touch

7. Make it easy for your members to complain - Your member want to feel heard, especially when they are frustrated with the service they received. Invite feedback by asking them what they liked best and least about your service.

8. Reward your loyal members with generosity - Look for ways to go the extra mile, particularly for your loyal members. When possible, bend a rule, throw in a little something extra, waive a fee or send a small gift.

9. Thank your members every chance you get - Sincerely thank your members . Thank them for calling, bringing in a payment, meeting you at their home, calling in for help, and yes, even calling in to complain!

10.Ask your customers what they want - Constantly ask your members what you can do for them and how you can do it better.

Few more important points to keep good relation with all our country club members.

1. Organize interesting meetings

2. Look at your traditions

3. Plan events that members can attend easily

4. Provide alternatives to weekly attendance

5.Involve young members early to build club loyalty

6. Plan family-friendly projects and activities
