services in facilities management for Universities. Top university was invited by
Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change to take a
part in Sustainable Campus Compaction. As a Facilities Management Service
company, you are being asking to give a proposal on how university can achieve the
Sustainable Campus in line with 17 Sustainable Gold Development.
You are required to produce a project charter to the Management Executive of
Universiti Teknologi MARA on the activates and action need to be taken by the
university to be a Sustainable Campus.

b) Indicate three major economic and social challenges to achieving sustainable
development
c) Explain why and how these economic and social challenge undermine the
goals of sustainable development.

b) Major economic and social challenges to achieve sustainable development are:  

1. Conflict and humanitarian aid

2. Building strong institutions of governance

3. Supporting the rule of law

c) Explain why and how these economic and social challenge undermine the goals of sustainable development.

1. Conflict and humanitarian aid where the individuals of the society lacks the emotional intelligence and does not think in favour of the society or its development due to the limitation of economic factors supporting the individuals. These economic differences create conflict within the society.      

2. Building strong institutions of governance where the principles are developed in the lines of the ethical behaviour so as to establish effective governance. It has been observed that most of the intuitions have ethical standards in place and are listed in their constitution, but they seldom follows the one., and

3. Supporting the rule of law so as to build strong societies and enable human right which most of the institutions fails to perform on the specified and ideal parameters.
